Send us your courier tracking numbers and expected arrival dates so the warehouse can prepare.
03 - Item-by-item Intake
Each parcel is opened, scanned, and logged as it arrives, then checked against what you told us.
04 - Confirm the List
Once everything has arrived, we send you the intake sheet to confirm before moving forward.
05 - Consolidate & Pack
Once you confirm, we unbox, inspect, and consolidate into one box — cutting down volume and weight.
06 - Ship Out
Once it ships, we send you the tracking number right away via WeChat Work or email.

How long does it take?
Turnaround depends on how quickly your parcels arrive, your destination, and the carrier you choose. We ship as soon as everything is consolidated — message us for a specific estimate.
What can and can't I ship?
Most everyday goods are fine — batteries, flammable liquids and counterfeit goods are restricted. See the full list of prohibited items before you ship.
How is shipping calculated?
Based on the consolidated parcel's actual weight and volume, and the carrier you choose. We'll give you a full quote before anything ships — no hidden fees.
What if something is lost or damaged in storage?
We're responsible for your parcels while they're in our warehouse. Our claims policy is confirmed with you when your order is set up — ask us in advance if you'd like the details early.
Do I need to contact you before shipping?
Yes — message us on WeChat Work or WhatsApp first with what you're sending. We'll give you the warehouse address so you can arrange things on your end.
